There will be 3 type of name for the Famous City. there is County, Shire, Prefecture.

　　Cities Privileges

　　After gamers conquer the advanced cities, the other wildness or cities that under the advanced cities will be belonging to the gamers. Gamers can collect decree from it。

　　Type of Privileges

　　Collect Tax：Collect Gold from selected cities.；

　　Collect Population：Collect citizen from selected cities.

　　Collect Food：Collect Food from selected cities.。

　　Collect Weapon：Collect the weapon which is in a big amount. system will decrease 2% of the amount of weapon, and the gamers will take 1% from it.

　　Collect soldier：Collect soldiers which is in a big amount. System will decrease 5% from the amount of soldiers.

　　Privileges Area

　　County：In County area（10*10 Lattice）, Collect 1 to 3 times decree from normal cities。

　　Shire：In Shire area，Collect 4 to 6 times decree from Normal Cities and County.

　　Prefecture：In Prefecture，Collect 8 times decree from Normal Cities, County and Shire。

　　Capital：Towards all the cities, Collect up to 10 times decree.

　　Decree Quantity

　　Gamers must reach certain level of Military Rank only can use the decree privileges. Different Military Rank, the number of decree also different.

　　County：Colonel 1，Senior Colonel 2，Brigadier 3。

　　Shire：Major General 4，Lieutenant General 5，Admire 6。

　　Prefecture：Marshal 8。

　　Capital：Chancellor 10。

　　Privileges Restrict

　　1. Only Lv10 Government can use the privileges and It need the certain military rank。

　　2. Each city only can be collect once。

　　3. Cannot attack newbie with any stratagemical items.（Advance City is not under protection）

　　Operation Process

　　Click the cities in map，Open cities panel。

　　Gamers can select the menu ：Tax、Collect population、Collect food、Collect Weapon、Collect Soldier.
